Public Assembly: Performance by Mary Lawson

Mary Lawson, Omaha-based musician and artist, and her collaborators, Nate Asad and Wesley Groves, will process the themes of Bemis Center's current exhibition, Maya Dunietz: Root of Two through an improvised performance.

Uplifting Maya Dunietz' values of collaboration, play, and spontaneity, Lawson will invite the audience to participate in this collective performative interpretation of the artwork on display to understand the exhibition's themes as it relates to ourselves and our community.
